Mini sessions, Business & Family Portraits, Engagements, Grad pics, Maternity, Weddings, Pet photos and even Cosplay portraits for events are offered. Other Events can be considered with a free consultation. 

Service Fees are discussed during a free consultation in order to provide an affordable customized photo shoot experience for all clients. Prices vary and are subject to change. 

~ Mini sessions: Includes 5 edited pictures for 15 mins starts at 150$. For each additional set of 5 photos its an additional 75$.

~ General Sessions: Start at $300 for a 1 hour for 25 Guaranteed Edited photos.* 

~ Cosplay Session - 175$ for 5 edited photos for 30 min session                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

~ Headshots: Are 250$ for 5 edited photos in a 30 minute session.

~ Engagement/ Proposal Sessions: Are 350$ per hour 25 guaranteed Edited photos.*

~ Elopement/Ceremony only: Wedding packages start at 400$ for 1 hour and 30 guaranteed edited photos. *

~ Small Weddings: If under 25 people $600 for 2 hours and 50 guaranteed edited photos.*

~ Medium Size weddings: If over 75 people starting at $1500 for 4 hours and 100 guaranteed edited photos. 

~ Large weddings: If over 125 people starts at 2200 for 4 hours and 100 guaranteed photos*.

~ For Event Photography: Price varies and will be determined at the time of consultation.

All packages are showing the minimum amount of edited photos that are guaranteed, in the event an excess number of photos are left over, each additional set of 5 photos will be an additional 75$. 

*ALL SESSIONS WILL REQUIRE A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING SESSION IN ORDER TO RESERVE APPOINTMENT.

Square app for Debit/Credit cards is the preferred method. Paypal is also accepted.

Yes I travel to other counties but anything beyond Pinellas County there will be a traveling fee. More info to be provided during consult.

~ I require all of my clients to not smoke during the photo sessions due to my health getting affected directly by this. Please make sure to come 15 mins early so we have time to talk and go over the plan for the session. If you are running late please call I will accommodate as best as possible depending on what I have on the schedule. Although the time will dip into your session if more than 10 mins late.  

~ All those participating in the photo shoot must be 18 or older. In order to sign the documents provided, in order to provide consent on the use photos on my website. * For any clients under 18, please have a parent/guardian with you in order to sign the documents and for the photo shoot. I also require  the questionnaire provided below to be filled out before we meet in person. Other than that  I ask for you to have fun and enjoy!

During special time periods promotional offers will be available. As well as our referral program can provide discounts.

For each person that books, you can receive 10% off your current session (up to two referral discounts max per session.) In order to qualify, you must provide either the phone number of referral or have them follow In_Tune_Pics on Instagram and they need to book a session in order for referral incentive to be completed.

Although I doubt you will be anything but happy when you receive your photos, once photos have been delivered you have 1 week after the date if still not content with the service to receive 50% money back on session package purchased (not including deposit) in the form of original payment based on justifiable reasons.

For Sessions under an hour it can take up to 1 week from the time of the session. For general sessions over an hour it can take up to 2 weeks. For weddings it can take up to *4 weeks to receive final edits back. *Based on time purchased will determine if more time is needed for edits.

3 day Expedited requests = 75$ FEE- Expediting is ONLY applicable to sessions under 30 minutes and must be mentioned before the session so fee can be included in total price or it will not be honored.
